Quite tired recently with a small study, some reports preparation and review and frontline operations. Luckily I can have a B-shift this week so that I can take more rest.
My boss suddenly phoned me in the morning when I was sleeping. He told me that the other boss wanted to talk to me and asked me to find he later. When I met he, I was surprised that I can have a salary adjustment because it is not a normal practice to have salary adjustment at the middle of a year. Although the adjustment is not very attractive, it is a breakthrough that I can have additional salary adjustment before the year-end review.
